Depending on the type of service you are in need of, you will recieve quick, responsive communication with one of our highly qualified drone operators.  Our operator will explain the process he or she will take, what could be needed from you to complete said service, and answer any questions you may have.

Aside from our extensive training and countless hours behind the controllers, all of our drone operators are fully licensed and insured staying up to date on all certifications, required training, and laws regarding commercial drone usage.  Rest assured our operators will only fly when conditions are safe to do so.  Any questions or concerns can be answered by contacting us or discussing them with your assigned operator once they are on site.

In the unfortunate event that your animal or pet is unable to be located by one of our operators,  Hanover Drone Solutions will not charge for the service, excluding the initial deposit.

An initial deposit is required at the time of booking. We understand plans can change, so if you need to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded as long as you notify us and cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, however, are non-refundable. This policy helps us protect the time our operators need to plan and gather service specific supplies prior to your appointment, manage our schedule, and provide the best service to all our clients.
